Serving size: 20 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chunk chicken
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 8ounce packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: celery and chips

Directions

  1. Turn your slow cooker on low.
  2. Heat the chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese and ranch dressing to the mixture.
  4. Cook the coated chicken for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Mix in 1/2 of the cheese, then transfer the mixture to a crock pot or slow cooker.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  7. Cover and slow-cook on low until mixture starts bubbling, which will take about 30-35 minutes.
  8. Serve the buffalo chicken dip with chips, celery, or a dipper of your choice. Enjoy!
